What payment methods do you accept?

We using PayU Amazon and PAypal as our payment provider. We accept the world wide currency with all the payment methods. – Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit ,Bank transfer .

When will I be charged?

Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer and Captiva have been authorized.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry. Once your order has been accepted and dispatched to you we will send you a confirmation email.

I did not receive a confirmation email

Please contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgement email and we will make sure it is not a problem with our system. Acknowledgement emails are generated and sent automatically once an order has been successfully completed. You may need to check your mailbox as it may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam or junk mail folders to make sure they have not gone directly to this location. You may also need to ensure that all of the details entered are correct, please pay particular attention to your payment card details, email address and delivery addresses.

What to expect?

Each month we work with a handful of exciting brands to bring our subscribers something exclusive and unique. For us it is about curation it’s about creating something special, something that lasts, and something that you won’t find on the high street.

The type of presents we send are based on your profile when you sign up, for instance if you don’t want to receive jewellery don’t select it. You can view all our past presents here and see what some of our customers say here

How long will my order take to be processed?

We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly.

Our mail outs take place on a monthly basis. We dispatch our surprises around the 6/7th of each month, however we will always email you the exact dispatch date.

Delivery times on average are:
India 3-6 days
International 5-16 days

Not all parcels will fit through your letterbox, so we’d recommend using a work address.

Shop orders are dispatched on a daily basis.

Return

We work incredibly hard to source unique gifts and tailor them to your profile, but understand on the rare occasion we may miss the mark. If you are genuinely not happy with your surprise, please let us know within 14 days via

feedback@sorryforthis.in

It will usually be a case of sending it back (at your cost) and we will then refund or send you something that hopefully you do like. Our return address can be found here

Cancellation

It will be sad to see you go, there are a couple of options to stop a subscription.
